Our two bedroom apartment sleeps 1-6 people and is available for rental on a seasonal basis in winter and by the week or longer in summer. Prices start at €300/week in off season up to €575/week in peak season for the apartment (not per person).
This apartment is located in the center of the alpine town of Chamonix and close to everything, and yet is quiet, peaceful and tucked away from the main street, set along the beautiful glacially fed Arve river. Our private balcony has views of Mont Blanc and catches the morning and early afternoon sun.
You will be only a 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi lifts (and the famous Vallee Blanche ski run) or to the Brevent ski station as well as minutes away from the 2 nursery slopes of Les Planards and Le Savoy. You are also a 250m walk to the free and frequent Cham Bus which brings you quickly to any other ski station in the area (Grandes Montets, Le Tour, Le Flegere, Les Houches etc.).
Unlike many other apartments in the center of town, the Residence Anna Bouclier is very quiet (double glazed windows and 3 ft thick stone walls help). It is in a small building with only 2 other apartments, set back from the street level, and right on the river - you will not need to worry about getting good night's sleep for an early start on the slopes or for your hike or climb. The glacial river keeps the apartment cool in the heat of summer, and the fireplace and underfloor heating keeps it toasty warm in winter.
The apartment is available during the Spring and Summer season starting May 15th, winters are normally run as a seasonal rental from December - May 1. This is a private party rental - not a tour operator. Contact us for details if interested!
