| Upon receipt of your enquiry we will contact you with details about making reservations final. Upon confirmation of booking, we will send you an information packet on Chamonix so that you can start to plan your trip. Please phone or e-mail us with any questions you may have or view the rest of the web pages for more information. A booking deposit of 50% is required to hold the dates. Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or check in Euros. An additional refundable damage deposit of €250 against loss or damage is required with each rental. It will be returned upon your departure provided there is no damage or loss. Cancellation refunds: up to 6 weeks - no cancellation charge 4-6 weeks - 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks - no refund Payment accepted in Euro checks or bank transfer only. We will send full details when responding to your request. |

| Linens: Bedlinens and bath towels are furnished with rental.. End of Rental Cleaning : Cleaning is included in the rental bill. For rentals longer than 1 week, linens will be changed on a weekly basis each Saturday. Arrival & Welcome : Between 4pm and 11pm Departure : Before 10am Pet Policy : Animals are generally accepted. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the interior or on the balcony of the apartment. |
